PM: 3 miles - 2 walking, 1 easy jog.
AM: Out and back towards Elbow Fork in Millcreek Canyon. Christmas Eve plus 12° at the trailhead means I had the trail to myself.
AM: 9 miles at Liberty Park. My 42nd consecutive Christmas day run dating back to 1979.
AM: 10.25 miles along the Jordan River (the one in Utah).
The miles passed quickly today because my mind was absorbed by many things - most of them unhappy.
