Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: Six miles up and down the Elbow Fork extension and then 6.25 on the Pipeline Trail. Great run. Beautiful day.
PM: 7.25 miles in the gully. Shirtless on November 2!
PM: 1 mile around the Alta track. Periodic hip flare-up
PM: Easy 4 around the neighborhood
PM: 3 miles circling the block.
Noon: 6.25 miles on the Alta gym treadmill.
Today it became apparent that Joe Biden will be our next president. The country has earned a small amount of breathing room.
AM: Easy 7.
Very sore from the one set of deadlifts I did yesterday. Haven't lifted in a while.
