I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

PM: 8 treadmill miles. One of my good days.
AM: 55 push-ups, 55 sit-ups
PM: Ran 5.5 miles
I turned 55 today.
Evening jaunt up and down Grandeur Peak. I never get tired of that.
PM: Just a 5 mile walk.
AM: 2 mile walk. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups.
PM: 7.5 treadmill miles.
AM: 5 miles at Liberty Park. Knee hurt.
PM: 2 mile jog, 2 mile walk.
Finished Jared Yates Sexton's The Man They Wanted Me to Be today. Eye-opening and unsettling.
