AM: 6.5 miles on Grandeur Peak. Perfect weekend - Pipeline on Saturday, Grandeur on Sunday.
Parent-teacher conferences the next couple days so 13 hour days at work.
PM: 7.25 miles on the eliptical, 2 mile row.
Ann and I went to see Son Volt a band that, amazingly, I had never seen live until last night after almost 30 years of fandom.
Lots of inactivity this week due to parent-teacher conferences.
PM: 6.5 miles in The Gully.
AM: Walked to gym and back. 7.5 on the eliptical, hard 1 mile row.
PM: I went to my first cross country meet in 5 years today and saw the Alta boys win the region championship. I almost forgot how much fun mankinds greatest sport is.
AM: 10 miles on the Pipeline Trail. It was beautiful but I am feeling a bit achy.
