AM: 4 easymiles at Jeremy Ranch.
AM: 6 miles at Liberty Park, about a half mile of striders, 100 3-count jumping-jacks.
Why the jumping jacks? It just came to me at the end of the workout that it was something I should do.
Spent the day in provessional development learning how to be a professional "in the time of Covid" teacher.
AM: Super early 9.3 on the Pipeline Trail. Took an awesome fall about 100 yards from the end of the run and got pretty cut up.
PM: 3 mile walk around Bozeman Mt. looking for the perfect brewpub with outdoor dining. Found it!
AM: 20.75 miles on the Bozeman Creek Trail south of Bozeman Mt. Almost 10.5 miles up to Mystic Cabin and back. 8:30 pace. Hard running, but beautiful.
Thought about runing today but no dice. Was too achy when I woke up in Bozeman and then it was 101 degrees when I got home.
Hoping for a solid 14/15 tomorrow morning.
AM: 8.25 miles at Jeremy Ranch. Still recovering from Thursday which was my first 20 mile run in 2.5 years.
