Noon: 24 miles in my hot garage on the stationary bike. Achy foot for some reason...even hurts to walk.
AM: Weights, 1 mile swim.
Realized I'm starting to look more like a weight lifter than a runner.
Late AM: 30 miles on the bike. Averaged 16.2 mph.
Went to see Disclosure Day with Abby after now I have an appointment at the injury clinic at the Orthopedic Hospital for my foot.
Late AM: 2,000 meter swim.
AM: 1 mile jog, weights.
AM: 30 mile bike ride. Averaged 16.3 mph.
AM: 45 miles on my bike out by the Great Salt Lake.
It was hot, windy, and gross. Lots of forest fire smoke in the air. probably should have gone swimming instead.
