Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Late AM: 6.25 miles at Liberty Park. Millions of people there and the homeless camps are mostly gone.
PM: 6.5 miles in the gully.
Walked 10 miles.
PM: 6.25 eliptical miles, 2 mile row, weights.
PM: 4 miles around the neighborhood. Cold and rainy.
Racing a 10k tomorrow.
I won a race! I definitely thought those days were over at 58.5 years old but I guess you just have to pick the right race.
Just cruised along at 6:40 pace with one mile a little slower and one mile quite a bit faster. Big hill in the 5th mile.
