Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 9.3 mileson the Pipeline Trail. Trashed another pair of shoes in the mud but it was EPIC!
Rested. Watched Andy's baseall team lose to Herriman in a big way.:-(
8 treadmill miles alternating 3/4 mile easy, 1/4 mile harder.
Watched the video on youtube of Conner Mantz cruching the field at the NCAA XC championships yesterday while I was running. Motivational!
PM: Gully Longer Run - it was so good to get out there on one of my favorite everyday runs.
AM: 100 push-ups/100 sit-ups
PM: 8.25 hardish treadmill miles.
PM: 5 miles easy around the neighborhood.
AM: 2 mile walk. 100 push-ups/sit-ups, weights.
PM: 8.25 miles with stadium steps at Highland High.
