I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

PM:
1. 4 miles of actual running on the treadmill in a swift 40 minutes.
2. 5,000 meter row in 21:55
3.25 mile walk after dinner - one of the good things about daylight savings.
Noon: 2 mile walk.
PM: Weight/core workout. 125 push-ups/125 sit-ups. 5 x 1 minute jump rope.
PM: at the gym...
1. 60 minutes on the bike - 18.5 miles
2. 1 mile on the helix
Day off.
PM: 8.5 hard miles on the Helix. Sweat storm!
Evening: Walked over to the gym when Andy was at jiu-jitsu and pumped iron.
