AM: Went out to the track and ran a little over 4 miles then did 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups. Complete mental health workout
Keep running people! Try to do it outside in the fresh air and avoid gyms and treadmills. Pet your dog more and hunker down with your people.
PM: After school I began the drive to Missoula to pick up Abby who will be home for an indefinite amount of time. My school will be closed for 3 weeks minimum and don't think I'm not planning some type of national park running/hiking getaway for a couple days.
