Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 7.25 miles of treadmill running. 1 mile hard row.
4.5 mile walk.
PM: 4 miles on the treadmill, weights. Did the hex bar deadlift thing for the first time - 3 sets of 6 with 175 poinds.
Parent teacher conferences the next 2 days. Busy.
PM: 4.5 miles on the hotel treadmill and some weights
I'm in Denver to see Bruce Springsteen with a friend from college.
On a sad note, Ann's dad died today.
