Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Spent the weekend with Ann up in Wyoming visiting an old cross country runner of mine from back in the 90s when I lived in South Carolina. He and his wife just had their first child (he's 42) in miraculous fashion. So we went up to play the role of wanna be grandparents. It was a lot of fun.
