Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

12 miles in the early morning in Coronado. Just me and the Marines and the Navy SEAL's.

First time I've ever seen two aircraft carriers on one run.

Going to a panel discussion tonight with Meb, Ryan, and Deena. Saw Eduardo Torres ar lunch today.

I am guessing you do better with running celebs than I do. Warming up to the start line at Beach to Beacon I almost ran into Gemma Steel, tried to get out her way, and almost tripped. Meb, Hall, and Deena were there but I felt like a lurker as I ran through the elite area :)
