I'm still really sore from Saturday. For the rest of October and most of November, I am going to rest and cross train. Looking forward to it.

Good idea, I am thinking I am going to be on the same track. My run this morning sucked. It may be time to change things up and rest.

My PT has dictated 2 days of swimming for me. I am looking forward to the different scenery, i.e. instead of watching numbers on the wall I get to look at a black stripe for an hour.
