I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

Personal:

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 1 mile jog, 2 mile walk with Andy

Now a day of grading online school work and wrangling Andy into doing his school work. I'm tempted to say that if you don't have an academically unmotivated child at home, you haven't fully experienced all the joys that this unique time in our history has to offer. Congratulations to all of you that raised motivated children. I should have consulted with you all before I began this child rearing process.

My daughter was telling me that she's not permitted to fail any students during this online period. And she says that her students can do no worse than what their grades were when they switched to being online. The students all know this. Not sure what your situation is with Andy, but if he's not got the motivation of potentially failing, that's got to be even more challenging.
