Nice to run with you guys today. You didn't seem bugged by any of the pace increases today... got any big races coming up?

I was keeping my "bugged" to myself.

No big races until June when I do Grandmas. I might try to find something that fits into my coaching schedule between now and then. Of course there's the 15k next weekend!

Great find and read on sleep. I'm a big believer of sleep. Love it. Nice run today.

Tiger Woods needs to get more sleep.

I've also been following the Salt Lake City local cuisine via your posts and I have been trying to get a sense of it.

If I am ever in town I will probably have the smoked salmon salad. Of course the amount I already eat I might be the only runner to die of hypertension.
