am: A mile easy on the treadmill followed by weights/strength training.

pm: Great workout this afternoon...

4.25 mile warm-up

8 x 200 on the track at Highland High 36, 35, 34, 34, 33, 31, 31, and 29.89 for number eight which I'm pretty fired up about.

1 mile cool down.

So I'm watching an episode of Spongebob right now called "Spongebob Lawyerpants". Plankton slipped on some water in the Krusty Krab and is bringing a lawsuit against Mr. Krabs who is being represented by Spongebob. Mr Krabs just admitted under oath that he does not own a wet floor sign. "I had to make some tough business decisions... and the wet floor sign seemed superflous".

Why is Mr. Krab's daughter a whale?

Sweet! Nice track workout. Are you trying to make sense out of spongebob?

Too wide open for me to comment, especially on a "family friendly" forum. LOL..

Dude - I'm thinking we need to grab a couple more guys and run a 4X200 or 4X400 in Albuquerque!! Nice work. And ya gotta love the word superfluous showing up in a cartoon - I knew I loved Spongebob for some reason.

Look at Rob with the jets to finish sub 30! Nice job!
