Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Sorry about the continued injury issues. Sounds like we continue to deal with the same stuff. Rolling and stretching does help but the motivation is hard when you hurt.

Ouch.. I struggled with a similar injury but on the other hip. Time, patience and weights ultimately got me over the hump on that one. Get better.

It's a bit early to start this year, but I notice we are exactly tied for annual mileage right now. Down to the half mile. Shadley is .1 miles ahead of us, the over achiever.
