12.5 miles in about 1:30 with a pretty fast group including Jake, Fritz, and Kevin. Lots of uphills through the U and Research Park. I'm not wiped out or anything, but I'm definitely tired. Need to think about how to get more consistency in my training.

A few more of these runs and I might be able to compete in the SLTC Winter Series races without embarassing myself.

Out to brunch now with Ann, Andy, and the running crew.

That was super speedy!

Thanks Jeff and Cody. I don't dip under 7:30 pace too often these days so this was pretty hard. I need to run with other humans more often to give myself a little push.

Sad to miss out on the brunch. What are you worried about with consistency and racing? You're retired!
