Pretty super run this afternoon. Steve Anderson and I ran from my house up Little Mountain in Emmigration Canyon and back. Cold, windy, some snow, but great to have some company and good conversation.

22.5 miles in 2:47:20. Sooner or later I'm going to have to figure out why I'm doing these weekly 20 milers or more with no marathon on the schedule until late May.

It's cause you're training for the Antelope Island 50k, but haven't realized it yet.

You are more right than you know Jon. I'm having this internal debate with myself. I blame you for that.

22.5 miles on a monday, up a mountain, in the wind and snow. definitely insane but totally awesome.

Because you understand the true meaning of running.

"To be more awesome than everyone else, even on Monday"

No debate necessary. Just do it!
