My standard day off two days before a marathon.

I'm coughing now. My family have all been sick all week and I have been able to avoid it. Now I'm worried.

You will not get sick at least until after the race - your training has conditioned your body not to permit illness before the race. Besides we already know that you can perform well even with pneumonia.

Yeah, it's just a slight throat thing now so I don't think it will matter.

Eeeek! Hope your throat feels better anyhow. Good luck!

Good luck Rob. Looks like some nice cool temps for you. If you get uncomfortable just imagine yourself sitting on an airplane in Couch for 20 hours. Your run will seem very enjoyable after that.

Thanks everyone. Should have a race report up by noon tomorrow.
