Ran a loop up Murdoch, around Juniper Point, Emeline over to Friendship, and home and Rosecrest and Junipercrest. Felt like I was going slow after my first mile was 8:45, but ended up running the last 3 in 6:36, 6:31, and 6:07 and not realizing it. 7:04 ave.
