Providence hill loop with Dave. We got poured on the whole run. We were drenched but ran good. 1:01:33. Awesome time!

I went up to spring hollow camp ground in the evening. I felt fatigued from yester's run but felt good until the last couple of miles. I felt really crappy for a couple of hours after I got home, it was a bad experience. I wander if part of it was the ice cream float Allison brought me 3 hours before I ran. 1:52:39

Ran up to sping hollow campground with Dave. About 300 yards from the campground we ran into a moose. We stopped and watched it for a while, and then headed back the other way. We went up the spring hollow trail and then eventually got back onto single track, it was probably as long or longer than what we had originally planned to run. 1:50:28
