Ran for the first time in a month.  The knee felt mostly fine, but I am more worried about it after.  I weigh 189 right now and need to start running.  Felt like I hadn't really ever run before, it was tough!  There was about 4 new inches of snow on the ground.  26:18

3 miles slow.  The weather started to get nasty when I left, it had been raining and warmer and melted a lot of the snow.  I ran down to Monarch and ran with the kids and Diana up Shaggy and Prospero and then turn the opposite way from the rest and headed home on Leila.  25:02 for the run.

Accelerator (kicked my butt!)
