I was so tired from my XC camp and staying up too late last night that I was lucky to crawl out of bed.  I did 7 easy miles with my kids as a recovery run for the last three days.  It took a while to get the legs going, but felt good once I loosened up.  I would like to get out again later for a couple miles if I can.

(Omni- 543 miles)

I will be bringing up your reflective vest from Wasatch Back. It should be a fun weekend.

What time are getting in Tropic? Maybe we can go for a short 2 or 3 mile jog tomorrow evening.

Probably afternoon. What about you?

Have a safe trip down. A tour bus rolled over by Bryce today so anything can happen. It sounds like Dave, James H and I will be up there around 5ish tomorrow afternoon. I'm guessing I'll want to do about 3 miles to shake things out if you guys want to join.

I'll call you guys when I get in the area. 2-3 miles sounds fine to me.
