Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
I had to go back to school to checkout for a few minutes so I told some of my kids to meet for a little run. Alex, Aubree, and Tayler showed up. We did a loop around Riverton and Bluffdale at a very easy pace. I am so sore from lifting on Saturday! It was cooler today but I am glad that summer is here.
