Got up early and ran to practice today.  The weather was warm for 5:00am.  I met the kids at Rosecrest Park and we ran out to the Cove and back.  I stopped at a potty along the way and lost the kids so instead of running back to the park I ran home.  7:36 ave for the run.  I have a late lunch planned with some coaches so I won't run this afternoon.
