Sent the kids off on an easy run from Rosecrest.  I waited for Greg because he was running late.  We are both running the Riverton Half tomorrow.  This will be my first Half in 4 years.  Not sure how to approach it yet?   We did an easy run up the trail and around the Cove pond and back past Butterfield to come back.  We met up with Haag at the pond and finished with him.  Warm day.  Not feeling like a stellar time is in me for tomorrow.  I guess I will just have to see how I feel and have fun.
