Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Easy 10.2 around Herriman with Greg, Jenny and my track kids. Still sore from basketball, but loosened up as I went. First half was about 8:00 pace and then 7:00pace the second half. 7:36 ave. First 40 mile week in 3 years!
