AM-  I went out on my first run as a resident of Box Elder County today.  I ran North along the canal road/Bonneville Shoreline Trail until I hit Sardine Canyon.  I crossed over the road and ran through Brigham City golf course and up to the top of the radio towers.  I went back home the same way.  I started at 8 minute pace and slowly moved down to about a 6:40 pace.  It felt good to get out and get some stress out of my body.  I enjoyed the run, and hope I can find a bunch of other good trails and routes.  Maybe moving won't be too bad for my running, because I will have some more variety in my training. 12 miles.

(Hardrock- 72 miles)

PM-  Met Paul, Cody, and Jaxon(Cody's 2 year old) at the Rec Center.  Ran around Planet Walk and west Logan back to Paul's house.  I did an extra 1/2 mile on my own after dropping Paul off at his house.  6.5 miles.

(Omni- 89 miles)

That "West Side" is so much better than your old "east side". Uhh, maybe the ONLY thing better is that it is flat. Nice to see you. Good luck with the little brats...

I take it you have moved? And who is Jackson?

From Cody on Thu, Aug 16, 2007 at 10:35:23

Actually, it is Jaxon, but its not important. He is a little guy that comes to my knees and calls me DaDa.

Ah, yes, I see. So he wasn't running. Did you have a jogging stroller? It didn't work with my schedule, but I would have brought my kid if I had shown up. First time for 2 kids.

I have had Dan's jogging stroller for a good 6 months now. It sure has been nice. We fully expected you to show up last night half way through your 24 mile run, but no show.
