AM run Logan, Utah. Stopped at Logan Temple and got some pictures. Some significant hills but ran slow eliberately because still sore from Monday evening core workout. 41:11 with 10:01 pace. Mile 2 and 4 had most of the uphill portions. App messed up so splits were off. Particularly mile 4. 40 lunges, 20 squats, 20 back extenders, 40 push-ups, 40 crunches, Ran out of time to do again. |
