AM run 68 degrees no wind. 1:13:50 with 10:15 pace. HR 118 with max of 152. Hills route plus some. 10:18, 10:28, 10:55, 10:52, 9:50, 9:49, and 9:45 with 1:53 to finish. Most of my runs seem a little sluggish lately unless I gave muster. Fahrtlek workout. |
