AM mile loops. 42.35 with 10:33 pace. 10:29, 10:45, 10:27, and 10:30 with 24 sec to finish. HR 115 with max of 130. I have struggled to run first thing in the morning lately. I am just too tight and haven’t been able to loosen up. I guess I need to get up earlier and move more before my run. |
