AM core workout. 40 reps each. PM 8.08. 1:20:08 9:55 pace. 9:42,9:47, 10:25, 10:00, 9:46, 9:16, 10:18, and 10:06. Started comfortable and then slowed going up[hill. Purposefully tried to fun mile 6 as fast as I could. At turn around Mike 4 encountered headwind. After 6th mile just relaxed. 7th is up again and then 8 is mostly flat. |
