53:22 with 10:28 pace. Different course, have only run here once or twice. First 1.5 is up, then mostly flat with a little up to 3 miles. I wasn’t feeling it today. HR 121 with 143 max. 10:55, 10:33, 10:46, 9:55, and 10:07 with 1:05 to finish. I was going to go 6.2 today, but I got nauseous just before 5 so I decided to stop and walk. After one mile the side of the road is large gravel and not conducive to running, especially because parts are also muddy right now. |
