PM: 7.5 miles total and the gym at OTF. Did a workout on the treadmill. Workout was 1x1mile at 5:00/mile pace, then 2:30 hill repeats increasing the incline from 5.0 to 10.0 at various points, then recovered back at 8mph with easy incline. I did this for a total of two miles of effort, which sadly took longer than I guess I figured it would.
