AM: 7 miles with Matt and Michele.
PM: 8.5 miles, 3.5 of them fast. Ran 12x300, 2x200, 2x800 At descending paces all the way through. Started at 5:40/mile pace and brought it down to 5:00/mile pace for the 200s and 800s. Felt pretty easy. 100 recoveries on the 300s and 200s and 400 before and between the 800s.
