| 12 pounds overweight from the last couple of months, so I'm going to do a cut for a bit starting today...
AM: Some quick stuff, finally did some inclines. Effort-based, didn't really watch the speed much, just the heart rate.
Not ready for inclines, that's for sure, so it wasn't the best idea.
