PM: Run in East Lake in the rain, then to the gym- shoulders, chest, and tris. Felt very weak today- likely because of yesterday.
Weight is down to 145. One week to go...

I can visualize the graph or our weights and their intersection.
Of course, at the point where they intersect you will be a few inches taller and ripped, and I will be stooped and flabby.
