Running Accomplishments:

I've been running consistently for almost twenty years. I've done a couple of marathons. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

In 2016: At least 17 miles a week, 67 a month, 800 for the year

Sub 26:00 5K

Sub 55:00 10K

Sub 2:00 half (if I decide to do one this year :)

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run another marathon, maybe. Someday. If I feel like it.

Personal:

I love my husband and my four children and running lets me spend more time with them!

We've settled into a pattern for Mon, Wed, Fri. Unfortunately, I have class those days so I won't be able to do more than 2.8. But if I can get a couple of longer runs in on Tues, Thurs, and Sat, I should be able to keep my mileage up. I was a little disappointed that my summer miles weren't quite as stellar as last year's, but I've been much more consistent this year and I'm already almost to my goal of 600 for the year. So I'm happy.

Went to take E to school and discovered I'd left my keys in the other car, which Adam had just taken to work. We walked the .7 to school and made it just after the bell. I took off from there, so I suppose I only really ran 3.3, but I think I should get credit for the long warm up :)
