Running Accomplishments:
I've been running consistently for almost twenty years. I've done a couple of marathons.
Short-Term Running Goals:
In 2016: At least 17 miles a week, 67 a month, 800 for the year
Sub 26:00 5K
Sub 55:00 10K
Sub 2:00 half (if I decide to do one this year :)
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run another marathon, maybe. Someday. If I feel like it.
Personal:
I love my husband and my four children and running lets me spend more time with them!
Favorite Blogs:
Three miles with Brenda. It's nice to be back in town.
It felt long and hot, but it was good to go a little longer.
Another run with Brenda. I ran to and from her house for the extra .8.
Three runs with Brenda in the same week! It's nothing short of a miracle that we were both in town all week.
A beautiful run up the canyon with Adam. I haven't been up there in a couple of months. I didn't completely die on the hills, but they were pretty miserable. I didn't take any breaks though - I feel tough :)
