I didn't actually RUN seven miles, but I walked/ran a 5k to set up cones on the race course. Then I walked/ran the same course a couple of hours later to pick up the cones, and then I ran about a mile in the middle to and from the other end of the park where the race started. All I know is that it was a lot, and I was pretty sore later. I actually had a little IT band flare-up in my hip (which I've never had before - it's always my knee), but it's going away.
