I can't ever decide if I'm going to do a little strength every day or do more reps three times a week. Since I'm trying to form a new habit I'm going to try doing a little every day again, even though I haven't succeeded at being consistent yet.
Snow!??? I know we need it, but I don't have to like it. At least it's mostly confined to lawns and roofs. It was a nice, not too windy, three miles with Adam this morning. And actually, it wasn't even very cold. I guess I should quit whining.
Ran up to the park and ran around three times while the girls flew a kite. Perfect kite flying wind - a bit strong for running though. I ran home again when we were done.
