| we got home from our trip at about 3:oo A.M after like 13 hours in various airports so I decided to wait untill this evening to run. Still a little jetlagged but felt like I needed to get back into the swing of things, so 2 quick miles. Though I feel like I'm packing a few extra pounds, it wasn't too bad. Ready tomorrow to get up and get some miles in this week and start eating better. | Add Comment |

| well I thought today I might as well get back on that horse.... but I never got both feet in the saddle. It was ssssoooo..... hhhaaarrdddd!!!!! I headed for 4 miles, and I'm not one to quit before my goal but I came up a little short. The whole time I was struggling to put one foot in front of the other I realized how important proper eating and consistancy are! It was also a little warmer out there this a.m. than usual but I get no sympathy from most of you on that one, I'm sure it's much cooler here at 9:30 than it is at 6:00 - 7:00 in St. Goerge or AZ. Well theres always tomrrow and I think I'll wear my cowboy boots, maybe that way I can get both feet in the stirupps!!!!!! ( but Clyde I will stay away from the country tunes!) | Comments(1) |

| Even though I decided to forgo the cowboy boots, I think I stayed on and at least had a decent ride! I completed four miles and though I couldn't let it fall in the easy catagory, it at least felt much better in comparison to yesterdays run. I did get out a little earlier and tried to stay really relaxed and just take it easy. I hope it means my body is done punishing me for all the abuse I put it through the last week! Felt good to get in a good run. Hopefully I can get in at least one longer run this week. | Comments(2) |

| Didn't feel much like getting up this morning to run, so I layed in bed debating about going back to sleep and running on the treadmill later or if I should just get up and do it then. I decided that 3 miles on the treadmill would be torture and if I hurried I could do a nice run and be back pretty quick. So I planned a new route in my head and hurried off. I originally planned to do 3-4 miles but after the first 2 I was at the beginning of one of my four mile routes so decided, why not? It felt pretty good too! My right hip stated to hurt again like yesterday, it's not terrible but it's there. It almost feels like that leg is a little longer than the other and so it stretches a little further when my foot comes down... that sounds a little crazy, but any thoughts anyone? I also know that I need new shoes maybe that could be the problem, only problem there is there is no place to buy them here so I'm stuck for a day or two or three.... | Comments(1) |

| We were staying out of town for a family reunion but managed to squeeze in a run! Found a whole wheel line of sprinklers along the road to run through coming and going, it felt nice. Also nice to run in some new ter ritory, and get some new scenery! | Comments(2) |
