Didn't feel much like getting up this morning to run, so I layed in bed debating about going back to sleep and running on the treadmill later or if I should just get up and do it then. I decided that 3 miles on the treadmill would be torture and if I hurried I could do a nice run and be back pretty quick. So I planned a new route in my head and hurried off. I originally planned to do 3-4 miles but after the first 2 I was at the beginning of one of my four mile routes so decided, why not? It felt pretty good too! My right hip stated to hurt again like yesterday, it's not terrible but it's there. It almost feels like that leg is a little longer than the other and so it stretches a little further when my foot comes down... that sounds a little crazy, but any thoughts anyone? I also know that I need new shoes maybe that could be the problem, only problem there is there is no place to buy them here so I'm stuck for a day or two or three.... |
