Running Accomplishments:

Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

Nice morning run, body felt good, I'm really hoping I'm on the mend and ready to start getting in some consistant regular miles!

Another 3.6 I should have ran yesterday but I'm afraid to push it. I don't get pain after I run I can just feel a little pressure in the area and it swells just slightly. I guess one of these days I'm just going to have to go for it and see what happens. I did do 20 mins of treading water in the pool yesterday. I'm hoping for 30-45 mins of that later today.
