Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Slow slow slow around WHP, PH and to EL and back. 100% humidity and the temp climbed into the mid 70s--awful! But everything functioned and felt about the same towards the end as I did near the beginning, so I suppose that's a good thing.
More jogging in the soup. Felt a little better today. A little.
Still murky and humid, but a cool breeze off the coast made this much more tolerable. Legs tired after 3 days in a row, may take tomorrow off.
Stomach v off, went slow around WHP, glad to run before trip south.
