Tried to run a steady effort that was harder than I'd tried previously but not a strain in any way. Was amazed to settle in at 7:25s given I hadn't run sub 8:30 before. Splits per Garmin = 7:24, 7:25, 7:25, official time 23:08. Worked the last mile pretty hard up the hills and passed quite a few people but otherwise just ran steady and took it easy on downhills.
