Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

30-minute PZ endurance. Felt pretty good, finally!
45 minute run/walk to get going again. Still feeling a little draggy but ended with the last 9 minutes at 8:30s or so to get to 2.5 total running miles.
10 minute FTP warmup, didn't feel it, just a regular 30 minute PZ endurance ride.
Felt like death (again!) yesterday, just a 30-minute walk to get the blood flowing again today.
Feel much better. Pretty hard 30-minute ride + 5 minute cooldown.
