| | Well 6 miles on the eliptical machine... very hard to do, I wanted to quite at about 4 miles but I hung in for 6 :) I got a patch thing from the doctor today for my shin. You put it on for 12 hours then off for 12. It's supposed to be anti-inflamitory cross your fingers that this will help :) |

| | Well 6 more miles on the eliptical.... I wore the patch for the first time today. Shin felt very very good when I was on the eliptical, so I'm hoping it is working. I think I will take it a bit easy for a couple more days... then see how running on the treadmill feels. |

| | So I didn't have too much time tonight, had a doctor app. after work. Did three miles on the elpitical, then 1 1/2 on the treadmill. This is the first running in a week!! Shin felt pretty good. Keep your fingers crossed :) |

| | Ran 3.25 on the treadmill then added two more miles on the eliptical. Trying to take it slow so and not overdue it on my shin. Iced the shin after my run and it's four days with the patches. So far my shin is feeling a bit better. On a side note had a much better nights sleep then I have had for quite a while. I hope I can do this more often. |

| | Six on the treadmill... had to stop about every 2 miles and stretch a bit. Potty also but I felt pretty good about it. |

| | So today was not a good day for me, I went to the gym in the hopes of getting 8 miles in. The plan was...run four, do some upped body weights, then run four, but I got back on the treadmill, and only got two more in, legs were very tight and just felt very run down. |
